1. Who we are
Flirty is developed by AppCrew Studio. This policy covers the Flirty mobile app available on iOS and Android. For questions, contact us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
Anonymous user ID: A randomly generated identifier stored in Firebase to track daily generation limits. This is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information.
Push notification token: If you enable push notifications, we store a device token via Firebase Cloud Messaging to send app-related notifications. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.
Usage data: Non-personal data like device type, OS version, app version, and crash logs — used to improve stability and performance.
3. What we do NOT collect
Text you type into the app is processed in real-time to generate lines and then immediately discarded. It is never stored on our servers. Photos and screenshots you upload are analyzed once to generate contextual lines and immediately discarded. They are never stored, indexed, or used for training. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any identifiable personal information.
4. How we use your information
The anonymous user ID is used only to enforce daily generation limits for free users. Push notification tokens are used only to send you app-related notifications (new features, updates). Usage data is used to identify and fix bugs and improve the app experience. We do not use any data for advertising profiling or targeted advertising.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies: Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting), Google Gemini API (AI line generation — input is processed and not retained), RevenueCat (subscription management — they handle payment data, not us).
6. Data retention
Anonymous user IDs and push tokens are retained while the app is installed. They are removed when you uninstall the app or request deletion. Crash logs and usage analytics are retained for up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
You can request deletion of your anonymous user ID and push token at any time by emailing [email protected]. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data immediately.
8. Children
Flirty is intended for users 17 and older (App Store rating: 17+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
