1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Flirty ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Flirty mobile application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Flirty (consistent with the App Store rating of 17+). By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 17, please do not use this app.
3. What Flirty is for
Flirty is an AI-powered tool designed to help you generate flirty texts, pickup lines, and conversation starters for personal use in dating and social contexts. It is for entertainment and assistance purposes only. Results are suggestions — use your own judgment about what's appropriate to send in any given situation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Flirty only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not use the app to harass, threaten, or harm other people. You must not use AI-generated content in ways that deceive, manipulate, or harm others. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the app's AI systems. You are solely responsible for how you use the content generated by the app.
5. AI-generated content disclaimer
Lines and messages generated by Flirty are provided "as is" for entertainment and assistance. We make no guarantees about their effectiveness, appropriateness for any specific situation, or the outcomes of using them. Flirty and AppCrew Studio are not responsible for any consequences — social, relational, or otherwise — that result from using AI-generated content.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Flirty offers a free tier with daily generation limits and a Pro subscription with unlimited access. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
7. User content
Text and photos you provide to generate content are processed in real-time and not stored (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you input. Do not upload content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates others' privacy. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Flirty app, its design, and underlying technology are owned by AppCrew Studio. AI-generated lines are provided for your personal use. You may copy and send them freely in personal conversations. You may not use generated content for commercial purposes or claim original authorship of AI-generated text.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppCrew Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flirty. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Flirty if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Subscription cancellation does not immediately terminate access — Pro benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If we can't resolve a dispute directly, it will be submitted to binding arbitration.
