Terms of Service – Flirty
By downloading or using Flirty ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
2. Use of the App
• Flirty is provided for entertainment and conversation assistance purposes only.
• You are solely responsible for your mood selections and text input.
• Inappropriate, offensive, or infringing use may result in suspension of your access.
• The app generates mood-based pickup lines to help with social interactions and dating scenarios.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
• Flirty offers subscription plans (e.g., weekly $4.99, yearly $XX).
• Payments are processed through Google Play / Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Refunds for partially used periods are not provided.
4. User Content Responsibility
By using mood selections and text input, you confirm that you are using the app appropriately.
Flirty is not liable for any issues resulting from user mood selections or inappropriate use of generated pickup lines.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Mood pickup lines and conversation suggestions created by the AI are provided "as is" and intended for entertainment and assistance.
We make no guarantees about their reliability, appropriateness, or effectiveness in real-world situations.
Flirty shall not be held liable for any offense or consequences arising from AI-generated content.
6. Data Handling
• Flirty does not permanently store mood preferences or text input.
• Only a push notification token is stored in Firebase to deliver app-related notifications.
• This token can be deleted upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flirty and its affiliates are not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from user input or AI-generated content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
